2016 World Series Preview

This is that dream scenario for one of these teams. Someone will end their title drought when it’s all said and done. The Chicago Cubs haven’t won a World Series since 1908. The Cleveland Indians haven’t won since 1948. For both of them this has been a long time coming. The ‘lovable losers’ in Chicago haven’t seen their team in a World Series since 1945. Cleveland recently had their title drought end with the Cavaliers winning a NBA championship in June. Now the Indians will look to capitalize on that momentum and bring home a World Series to match.
