2017 World Series Preview
Standard
This could be another scenario where one team that is in the midst of a long title drought has the chance to end it. While the other can simply win their first title in the franchise’s history. That is what lies before both the Dodgers and Astros respectively. Los Angeles hasn’t won a World Series since 1988 and that was their last appearance in the fall classic. Houston last appeared in the World Series in 2005 when they were apart of the National League. Both were considered the two best teams in baseball throughout the season. A different looking roster has them poised to make a move up the standings.
4. Los Angeles Lakers
In the grand scheme of things this should be the year they show improved play.
5. Phoenix Suns

Standard1. Oklahoma City Thunder
The reigning MVP has two superstars to help carry the load.
2. Minnesota Timberwolves
An influx of talent has been added with the likes of Towns and Wiggins.
3. Portland Trail Blazers
A full season with Nurkic at center will be interesting to see.
4. Denver Nuggets
This will be a sneaky good team with the emergence of Nikola Jokic.
5. Utah Jazz
