A catastrophic amount of injuries looks to be the only way they don’t make another World Series run.

2. Minnesota Twins

Their surprise 2017 season was no fluke and they brought in some valuable help to make a run at Cleveland.

3. Chicago White Sox

The youth movement is in full swing and they have some nice pieces that are coming into form.

4. Detroit Tigers

Aside from Miguel Cabrera and Michael Fulmer, there isn’t a lot to be excited about.

5. Kansas City Royals

With the addition of Stanton, the Bronx Bombers have become more formidable.

2. Boston Red Sox

There’s a nice mix of young talent and veterans to compete for at least a Wild Card spot.

3. Toronto Blue Jays

This looks to be a transition year for the Jays and a lot depends on the health of their best players.

4. Baltimore Orioles

The last hurrah for the current roster with a power driven lineup, but a suspect rotation.

5. Tampa Bay Rays

2017 World Series Preview

Standard

This could be another scenario where one team that is in the midst of a long title drought has the chance to end it. While the other can simply win their first title in the franchise’s history. That is what lies before both the Dodgers and Astros respectively. Los Angeles hasn’t won a World Series since 1988 and that was their last appearance in the fall classic. Houston last appeared in the World Series in 2005 when they were apart of the National League. Both were considered the two best teams in baseball throughout the season. Now we can see who will be able to raise the trophy. Continue reading
